Notes
A fresh and fruity sparkling rosé wine, with an intense and opaque pink colour. Aromas of strawberries and red cherries, completed by a grassy aroma, a lively bubble in the mouth, a high and refreshing acidity. Given the natural process of fermentation in the bottle, there are yeast and must residues that settle on the bottom and contribute to the natural opacity, as well as the taste, of the wine.

Aperitifs and appetizers, raw fish with soy sauce and wasabi, oysters, Mediterranean salads.​
