Notes
A sweet sparkling wine with an intense yellow colour, low alcohol content, to be enjoyed chilled. It has pronounced hints of wildflower honey, chamomile and hawthorn flowers, white peach, pear, with a refreshing balsamic vegetal note. On the palate it is full-bodied thanks to the high sugar content and the velvety bubbles.

Suggested pairings

Both simple and elaborate desserts, cheeses with fruit compotes, honey and wholemeal bread. Ideal at the end of a meal with dry pastries and at Christmas with pandoro and panettone. It can also be paired with exotic and spicy dishes. A wine for a family toast, as per Monferrato family tradition.​
