SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free for orders over €90 in Italy and Europe. For orders from outside of Italy, please contact us by email with your request. We will connect you to one of our importers that are local to you, or ship to you directly if we don't have a distributor in your area.

By ordering wine from Viv Winery's online shop you are declaring that you are over 18 years of age.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are generally not accepted, as wines is a perishable goods. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. We'll do everything we can to help you.
