Notes
Red wine with an intense ruby color and violet hues. Vinous on the nose, with hints of blackberry, plum and violet. Velvety on the palate, with a body supported by delicate tannins and balanced acidity. A convivial wine.

Suggested pairings

Pasta dishes such as carbonara, amatriciana, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. It goes well with flavourful dishes, thanks to its fruity and floral aromas, with its structure of an easy-drinking, convivial red wine.

Service

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 18-20°C.
