Notes
A young and structured red wine, with bright and fruity aromas. The color is intense red with purple tones. Prevalent is the red berry fruit, the wild violet, and a flavour inherited from the soil. Upon bottle aging the wine develops toasted aromas, however, there is no ageing in wood. The tannin is absent. The high acidity and complexity of structure balance each other by levelling the perception of the alcohol content.

Suggested pairings

Platters of cured meats and cheeses, spaghetti with ragù, traditional Piedmontese dishes such as polenta and stew, meat second courses, dry pastry desserts, jam tarts.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 18-20°C.
