Pruning Season 2026

Starting a new year at the winery is always exciting. You never know what challenges the year is going to bring. Things are normally quite tough and a so called "good year" hasn't shown up by quite some time. We try to stay optimistic and bring positive vibes into our vineyards.

Pruning is an art. It involves understanding the plant's growth and allowing it to keep thriving year after year. But you have to go quite fast while doing it.

The predominant colours of this winter-time activity are brown (of the vines wood and branches), some green, and luckily the blue sky when it's sunny.
