Soils composed of fine grey-blue clays from the seabed.

Altitude: 250m.

Exposure: north and south.

Average age: 25 years.

Harvest: manual.

Notes
A fresh and fruity sparkling rosé wine, with an intense pink colour. Aromas of strawberries and raspberries, with a grassy profile. The bubbles are thin and delicate, the acidity is a high and refreshing. Due to the natural process of fermentation in the bottle, there are yeast and must residues that settle on the bottom.

Pairing suggestions

Aperitif and appetizers, raw fish with soy sauce and wasabi, oysters, Mediterranean salads.

We recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 6-8°C.
