VIV, IN PIEDMONTESE DIALECT "ALIVE"

We are VIV.

A small, family-run winery on the hills of Monferrato, on the borders with Langhe. A family that carries on an ancient winemaking and grape-growing tradition, with a futuristic vision. We let nature express itself, because nature does things absolutely perfectly.

Our wines

Are a direct expression of the grapes, of the land and of the vintage. They are young wines, with aromas that are full and lively.

Winery 
work

Our work in the cellar is minimalistic, both in processes and in the materials used. The vinification is simply the natural transformation of grapes into wine, with spontaneous fermentation on indigenous yeasts, no filtrations or fining.
